It is with great pride that we present 2027年战略计划: Securing our 光明的未来. This document is the culmination of a three-year effort with contributions from a wide variety of our community members including the 校董会, 教职员工, 父母, 学生, 校友, 校友家长.

This Plan highlights our 50th anniversary motto, 大胆的过去, 光明的未来, 重申足球买球平台. We remain committed to our School’s vision as an outst和ing co-educational Episcopal School, providing academic excellence in all disciplines while embracing character development. This continues to be our foundation for everything we, as educators, do each day.

While celebrating Palmer Trinity’s past 和 appreciating the present traditions of educational distinction, 我们渴望确保我们的未来. This Plan establishes a detailed guide 和 framework for the next five years in the vital areas of: 课程, Community, 教师, 土地及设施, 和 财务可持续性. Our priority continues to be focused on providing our 学生 with optimum experiences as they develop mind, body, 和 spirit to become global citizens 和 compassionate leaders in an ever-changing world. Our 学生 must take their place in an increasingly diverse society prepared to embrace, 尊重, 理解所有的观点.

2027年战略计划 reflects a synthesized 和 analytical approach to planning for the future 和 incorporates the following data: four essential surveys, 归属调查, 教职员调查, 家长调查, 以及新父母调查, dedicated time to reviewing 和 discussing 和 developing the Plan, two 校董会 working sessions, 和 seven task groups meeting throughout the fall of 2021 to recommend action steps. A detailed chronological timeline can be found in this document. 简而言之, we are deeply grateful for all who shared time 和 are proud of the commitment to the process given to this important document.
