The Cons: Nothing! Really, it is hard to find a downside to staying at an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean. This is okay, but always remember that you want the best value for your money in the end. With a hotel, you still need to pay for your food and entertainment.

The Pros: Good, but not as good as all-inclusive resorts. As previously stated, resorts give you more than just a roof over your head. They are home to many services, features, and facilities for guests. In most cases, the only difference between an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean and a vacation resort is that you must pay for your food and entertainment. It is not already included in with your stay.
The Cons: The extra costs. As previously stated, you typically just pay for your room or suite when staying at a vacation resort. This means you may need to pay for your entertainment, transportation, food, and so forth.
